Office Co-ordinator (Front of House)
Location: Belfast City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £12.21
Type: Temp to Perm, with progression opportunities
We are recruiting for a professional and organised Office Co-ordinator to join a busy and dynamic team in Belfast City Centre. This front-facing role is key to maintaining a smooth-running office and delivering excellent first impressions to visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls
2. Manage reception area and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
3. Provide administrative support to various departments
4. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organise meeting rooms
5. Handle post, deliveries, and office supplies
6. Support facilities and general office coordination tasks
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a front of house or office admin role (Desirable)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
4. Organised, proactive, and able to multitask
