Regional Sales Manager - South of England & Wales
Cabling & Accessories | Electrical Wholesalers
The Opportunity
A market-leading manufacturer within cabling and accessories is looking to appoint a Southern Regional Sales Manager to drive performance and growth across the South of England and Wales.
This is a hands on leadership role combining team management, strategic account development and regional growth ownership.
You will:
6. Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Field Sales Representatives
7. Set and execute the regional sales strategy
8. Drive revenue growth across electrical wholesaler customers
9. Take direct responsibility for large national wholesaler accounts within the region
10. Build relationships with Regional Directors, Buyers, Branch Managers and Owners
11. Ensure strong pipeline management, forecasting and performance delivery
The portfolio includes cables, lugs, glands, ties and associated accessories used across renewables, rail, security and wider industrial applications. A background in electrical products or selling into electrical wholesalers would be highly advantageous.
You'll be supported by internal sales, technical teams and a National Account function - but this is a role for someone who wants ownership, visibility and accountability.

About You
12. Proven B2B field sales background within electrical products
13. Experience managing and developing a field-based sales team
14. Strong track record in regional sales growth
15. Experience managing larger wholesaler or national accounts
16. Commercially driven, proactive and professional
17. Full UK driving licence
Package
£55,000-£60,000 basic salary
