HR Adviser Wiltshire | Hybrid working Permanent | Full time £37,310.00 great benefits We're proud to be partnering with a well-established, community-focused organisation whose work genuinely improves lives. They're now looking for a confident and experienced HR Adviser to join their collaborative People team, with a strong and visible focus on employee relations. This role will suit someone who is at their best when supporting managers through complex people issues, calm under pressure, fair in approach, and confident in providing clear, pragmatic HR guidance. The role This is a true generalist HR Adviser position, but employee relations sits firmly at the heart of it. You'll be a trusted point of contact for managers, offering hands-on support across a broad range of ER matters, while also contributing to wider people initiatives that shape a positive and inclusive employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and advising on a full range of ER casework, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and capability Supporting organisational change activity, including restructures, redundancy processes and TUPE Guiding managers through investigations and formal processes, ensuring consistency, fairness and legal compliance Coaching and building confidence in managers, helping them handle people issues effectively and compassionately Producing clear, high-quality HR documentation, including letters, reports and case notes Using people data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity as needed Contributing to policy development, people projects and culture-focused initiatives About you This role will suit an HR Adviser who is confident operating in an ER-heavy environment and enjoys being a visible, trusted partner to managers. We're particularly keen to hear from candidates who have: Strong, hands-on experience managing employee relations casework within a generalist HR role A solid working knowledge of employment law and the ability to apply it in a practical, proportionate way Experience coaching and influencing managers at varying levels A calm, organised and resilient approach to sensitive and complex situations Confidence drafting HR correspondence and documentation CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) A genuine commitment to fairness, inclusion and positive workplace culture What the role is offering Flexible hybrid working (typically 1 day per week in the office) Comprehensive benefits package Purpose driven organisation Opportunities for growth and career progression Supportive, collaborative team Real influence on culture and managers Contact Stevie at Moxie People for more information on this role INDALL
