Overview
A busy and well-established law firm in Belfast City Centre is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Crime and Family Department. This is a fast-paced role within a supportive and professional team.
Previous legal secretarial experience is essential, ideally within Crime and/or Family Law, however candidates with strong general litigation experience will also be considered as full training will be provided.

Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence Diary management and arranging meetings and court dates Liaising with clients, courts and external agencies Preparing and filing legal documentation General office and case management support essential skills and experience
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (essential) Crime or Family Law experience preferred but not essential Strong audio typing and document production skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Good communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office what's on offer
