* Developing clear bid strategies and win themes that respond to client needs and market insights.
* Managing timelines, governance, and deliverables to ensure seamless bid coordination and compliance.
* Working closely with design, estimating, and planning teams to shape technical and commercial solutions.
* Producing clear, persuasive, and well‑structured written content that demonstrates value and capability.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
* Coaching and supporting less experienced bid managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in bid or pre‑construction management within the construction or built environment sectors.
* A successful track record of leading bids for regional building projects (education, healthcare, commercial, or mixed‑use).
* Strong understanding of design development, construction planning, and cost management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
* A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Benefits

* Pension, share incentive plan, volunteering leave, recognition schemes and much more…
