What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide our customers with outstanding service by handling transactional or service requests and answering product queries. You'll also educate customers about HSBC self-service devices and digital platforms, offering them various banking options.
We seek passionate individuals who are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences, ambitious, helpful, and capable of engaging in meaningful conversations. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; we value genuine enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional face-to-face customer service in a busy branch environment, adhering to policies and procedures
* Processing transactions accurately
* Educating customers on HSBC self-service and digital banking options
* Collaborating with team members to improve workflows and customer experience
Requirements for success:
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build strong customer relationships
* Ownership of customer inquiries from start to resolution, delivering personalized and efficient service
* Resilience in a dynamic environment
Work schedule:
Full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturday). Flexibility to support nearby branches may be required, with expenses reimbursed.
Training:
8-day in-branch training over two weeks, mandatory attendance required. Holidays during training are not permitted.
Compensation and benefits:
Starting salary of £24,000 for 35 hours/week, plus discretionary annual bonus, over six weeks’ holiday, employee discounts, Life Assurance, flexible benefits, and ShareSave schemes.
