This 18‑month structured development programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to lead people, improve processes and drive performance across fast‑paced manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do
* Complete three 6‑month site rotations at Anwick, Hyde, and Grantham.
* Gain hands‑on experience across fresh pork, poultry, added value, branded and meat‑free operations.
* Develop capability in people leadership, lean production and operational management.
* Work in high‑volume, complex manufacturing environments with real responsibility.
