We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher) and at least two years’ leadership experience in an Early Years setting. You will lead, nurture, and make a real difference to young minds in our award‑winning nursery.

* Resourceful, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail and effective workload prioritisation.
* Strong leadership ability and a focus on delivering high‑quality childcare.
Qualifications & Experience
* NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma, or NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
