Legal Cashier
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a leading Law firm based in Andover. This is a full-time office position.
Responsibilities as a Legal Cashier:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain financial records using accounting software, ensuring all entries are correct and up to date.
- Liaise with clients and internal departments regarding financial queries and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to financial transactions.
- Provide administrative support to legal staff, including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Assist with file management, including opening and closing client files
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an account role within the legal industry
- Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident with Accounts payable and receivable transactions
The Role:
- Full time, permanent position.
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
