Quality Inspector (4 Day Week)
*Opportunities for CMM Training*- CMM experience (manual or CNC) is highly desirable – however, for the right candidate with a strong background in inspection and a keen eye for detail, CMM Training will be offered.

Quality Inspector The Role:
We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience inspecting precision-engineered components within a CNC machining environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our components meet the highest standards of accuracy and quality before reaching our customers.
Quality inspector Key Responsibilities:
* Inspecting components using handheld measuring tools such as calipers, verniers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
* Operating and Programming CMM
* Interpreting and working to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Carrying out in-process and final inspections of machined components.
* Supporting continuous improvement efforts in quality processes.
* Accurately recording inspection results and maintaining quality documentation.
* Collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Quality Inspector Desirable Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining or precision engineering environment.
* Proficient in using handheld inspection equipment.
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerancing.
* CMM experience (manual or CNC) is highly desirable – however, for the right candidate with a strong background in inspection and a keen eye for detail, we offer full training in CMM operation and programming.
* A proactive and meticulous approach to quality and problem-solving.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Quality Inspector What We Offer:
* £17.00 per hour starting rate
* 7.15-17.15 Monday to Thursday
* Optional Weekly overtime paid at a premium
