Ecommerce Project Manager
Berkshire/Hybrid
6-month contract
Outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major ecommerce transformation programme for a well-established UK retail brand undergoing a significant digital shift. This is a high-impact role where you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of the online customer experience and driving increased digital revenue.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of key ecommerce initiatives across web and digital channels
- Owning the finalisation of the homepage experience, working closely with UX teams and external agency partners
- Driving omnichannel alignment between digital and physical customer journeys
- Leading workflow redesign across multi-channel teams including UX, ecommerce, product, creative, and marketing
- Managing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery aligns with evolving ecommerce strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering ecommerce or digital transformation projects
- Deep understanding of online customer journeys and digital trading
- Experience working with UX/design teams and agencies
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise digital platforms
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Experience in retail or consumer-facing environments is a plus
