What youll actually be doing
Youll be right in the thick of it, supporting the Senior Influencer Executive and getting hands on with campaigns from first outreach all the way through to reporting.
Youll be building real relationships with creators, curating a roster that truly reflects the brands aesthetic and values, and making sure every piece of content lands the way it should.
* Identify and research influencers and creators who genuinely align with the brand
* Lead outreach, handle negotiations, and nurture long term creator relationships
* Manage all the moving parts, briefing, content approvals, product seeding, timelines
* Track campaign performance and pull together reports
* Stay sharp on social trends, emerging content formats, and whats working in the influencer space right now
* Collaborate closely with the wider marketing and creative teams so everything joins up beautifully
What were looking for
Previous experience in an influencer marketing or social media role, ideally within a consumer brand or agency environment.
* Has a strong instinct for great content and an eye for the right creator fit
* Communicates brilliantly, whether thats pitching to an influencer or presenting results to the team
* Organised and can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
* Takes a data driven approach and isnt afraid of analytics
* Thrives in a fast paced, ambitious environment where things move quickly, and ideas are celebrated
