Your responsibilities will support Health and Safety and HR functions, with the opportunity to grow alongside the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide general business and administrative support to senior stakeholders Maintain and update HSE, HR, and quality documentation Manage records and data via SharePoint and internal systems Update supplier lists, H&S documentation, and HR contracts Format documents, run reports, and complete accurate data input Support H&S audits and compliance activities Ensure records are well organised, accurate, and compliant Answer telephone calls, manage email inboxes, and support the wider office teamWhat We're Looking For: Highly organised with strong administration skills Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint Proactive, adaptable, and willing to help where needed Detail-oriented and reliable A strong team player with a positive and flexible approachWhy Join This Company?
