About the Role - Senior Heritage Consultant
An established archaeology and heritage consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Heritage Consultant to join its growing team. This role focuses on leading and delivering high-quality heritage input into Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and providing expert archaeological consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage heritage contributions to Environmental Impact Assessments
* Prepare and review Heritage Impact Assessments and related technical reports
* Provide clear, strategic advice to clients and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with relevant heritage and planning legislation
* Manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines
* Support and mentor junior team members
About You
* Degree in archaeology, heritage management, or a related discipline
* Significant experience in EIA and heritage consultancy
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Experience liaising with clients, planners, and statutory consultees
