We are recruiting for a Warranty Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Upper Heyford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warranty experience to support the site by managing claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
The Role:
1. Administer and process all warranty claims in line with internal and external policies.
2. Input warranty claims using internal and external systems.
3. Track and manage displaced items, ensuring they are returned within set timeframes.
4. Produce accurate submissions for authorisation.
5. Raise job cards for the Technical and Bodyshop teams, ensuring compliance with audit guidelines.
6. Maintain logs and reports for all warranty claims, keeping systems and records up to date.
7. Liaise with internal departments on warranty damage issues.
8. Complete ad-hoc administration duties to support the wider team.
9. Contribute to process reviews and improvements.
The Person:
10. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warranty role (essential).
11. Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
12. Good IT knowledge, including confident use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
13. Highly organised, with the ability to manage tasks to deadlines.
14. Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude.
