About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and also getting around and enjoying our lovely home. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships and you will learn everything about their likes, dislikes, and needs.
Key responsibilities:
* Follow electronic care plans and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
* Be alert at all times to residents’ physical and mental well‑being.
* Help maintain high standards ensuring the home is clean and safe.
