Role
As a Line Leader, you will lead a team on the production line, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support a team of operatives
* Drive production performance to meet targets and product specifications
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards
* Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and system records
* Use onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
* Support audits (internal and external)
* Train and develop new startersAct as a role model for best practice on the shop floor
* Work hands‑on alongside your team
* Support with general production duties as required
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment
* Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
* A proactive, "can‑do" attitude
* Strong communication and motivational skills
* Basic IT skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
Pay
* £12.71 per hour during training (a few days)
* £14.71 per hour after successful completion of training

14:00 – 22:00
