We are currently recruiting qualified nursery practitioners to work on a permanent basis at a nursery in Exeter. This is an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic early years professionals seeking flexible working hours while gaining experience in a variety of settings.Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport children’s development through safe, engaging, play-based activitiesAdapt quickly to different nursery environments and routinesEnsure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all timesWork collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain high standardsFollow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
RequirementsLevel 3 qualification in Early Years/ChildcarePrevious experience working within a nursery or early years settingGood understanding of the EYFS frameworkA flexible, reliable, and proactive approachStrongmunication and teamwork skillsEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)DesirableExperience supporting children with SENDPaediatric First Aid qualificationWhat We OfferFlexible working to suit your availabilityOpportunity to work in a variety of local nurseriesOngoing support from a dedicated consultantAccess to training and development opportunities
