Are you a Residential Property Solicitor looking for more than just another conveyancing role?
A well-established and highly regarded local law firm specialising in property law, proudly serving clients across Surrey, Teddington, East Molesey and South West London are looking for a PWE Residential Property Solicitor to join them.
As the Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client care at every stage of the transaction.
Your work will include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* New-build transactions
* Lease extensions and related property matters
* Maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical advice
About You
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has approximately 25 years' post-qualified experience in residential property law
2. Possesses strong technical conveyancing knowledge
3. Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
4. Communicates clearly, confidently and without unnecessary legal jargon
