Job Description
Responsibility:
· Handling daily Print & Post run including update all relevant worksheets / reports for billing purpose & sales orders
· Weekly inventory check to ensure stationeries i.e. papers, envelopes, printer toners, toner waste box etc required for P&P are under control including but not limited to report to AR & Billing Manager in timely manner to place order when required, delivery arrangements & unloading etc..
· Assists in AR collection i.e. cool calls.
· Documents scanning & filling when require or if there is any
· Ad-hoc tasks as and when required by reporting superior / management
Requirements:
· At least 1 year(s) of post qualifying working experience obtained in administration field is ideal for this position;
· Fresh graduate is welcome to apply;
· Proficient in English language, both verbal and written;
· Proactive and keen to learn with initiative;
· Analytical and meticulous for details;
· Problem solving and resolution capabilities;
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
· Ability to be hands on and work autonomously;
· Well organised;
· Flexibility on working hours / days;
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
· Required to based in Birmingham office
