GI Group are now seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner to our public sector client based in Herford. The HR Business Partner will strategically work with management teams to clarify the workforce implications of their business plans and agree priorities for HR activity. They will also deliver focused HR interventions to support designated business units in support of their strategic and operational plans.
Main Duties of the HR Business Partner:
Be a champion of best practice HR, influence key business decisions to ensure the effective management and utilisation of staff
Interpret and advise on employment legislation, HR policies, procedures and terms and conditions of service, ensuring professional advice is given at all times. Provide support to managers as appropriate, in panel hearings (Disciplinary, Performance, Grievance and Attendance issues) attending as the HR expert advisor.
Lead in the delivery of key HR initiatives and change programmes to ensure that these are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements realising the effective coordination of people, resources, and talent.
