Due to continued growth and the expansion, we are hiring a Marketing Executive within our Belfast office. This is a broad, commercially grounded marketing role owning everything that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline in the UK and Ireland. You will lead partnerships with County FAs and other partners, own content and campaign activity for the region, and act as the marketing bridge between TeamFeePay's sales, account management, and wider marketing teams. You are a self-starter who can manage relationships, think in campaigns, write copy, and coordinate creative and production all at the same time. Main Responsibilities Partnerships — County FAs & Commercial • Own and nurture relationships with ~30 County FA partners across the UK in regular contact, in-person meetings, and proactive activation • Develop and execute partnership activation plans ensuring County FAs are engaged, supported, and delivering against agreed activity • Manage paid media partnerships and commercial partner relationships for the UK & Ireland market • Identify new partnership opportunities and support pitching and onboarding • Attend FA events, conferences, and sponsored tournaments as a TeamFeePay representative • Own the County FA content calendar, monthly schedules, toolkit distribution, and partner briefing. Content — Campaigns, Social & Events • Build and execute campaign activity end to end for UK & Ireland from brief to launch • Own organic social media for UK & Ireland, writing copy, scheduling, and publishing across regional profiles • Plan and manage events for the region, FA conferences, trade shows, customer tournaments, and webinars • Develop blog content, case studies, and webinar programmes that support pipeline and brand awareness • Manage the quarterly newsletter for UK & Ireland • Brief the Brand Team on organic creative needs providing clear direction on format, copy, and audience Video & Case Studies • Lead the UK & Ireland customer case study pipeline identifying clubs with strong stories and managing the process from interview through to published asset • Brief and manage in-house and third-party videographers for shoots in the region • Ensure case study and testimonial content is produced in formats suitable for social, paid ads, email, and sales enablement Sales Enablement & Cross-Department Working • Manage incoming sales enablement requests for UK & Ireland, briefing, routing, and tracking to completion • Work closely with the UK & Ireland sales and account management teams, attending regular meetings, understanding pipeline, and feeding marketing activity back to the business • Report on regional marketing performance, partnership activity, and campaign results to the Head of Marketing What We’re Looking For • Experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience across partnerships, content, and campaign management • Strong copywriting and communication skills across multiple formats and audiences • Confident managing external relationships with FA contacts, commercial partners, and suppliers • Experience briefing creative teams and managing third-party production suppliers • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across a fast-moving market • A genuine interest in grassroots football and the communities around it with football knowledge a bonus, not a requirement • Willingness to travel within the UK for FA meetings and events.
