At SENsational Thinkers, we’re just getting started – and we’re looking for a Club Manager who wants to help us build a new kind of SEN holiday and tutoring club from the ground up. We are dedicated to helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) reach their full potential through tailored, play‑based learning sessions. We provide engaging, adaptive support focused on enhancing emotional, social, and academic growth. Our approach energises children to build confidence and skills effortlessly, while closing learning gaps in an enjoyable and holistic way.
As our Club Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our very first SENsational Thinkers club, creating a safe, joyful, play‑based environment for children with Special Educational Needs. You’ll lead a small team, work closely with families and schools, and design sessions that blend fun, structured play and targeted learning support, so children can grow in confidence and keep pace with their peers.
This is a hands‑on role with real influence. You’ll help shape how our clubs run, what great SEN support looks like in practice, and how we grow as we move from holiday clubs into after‑school provision. It’s a fantastic step for someone who’s ready to lead, try new ideas and be part of building something meaningful from day one.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
* Have experience working with children (ideally with SEN / SEND).
* Are confident leading activities and keeping children safe, engaged and included.
* Enjoy working in partnership with parents, carers and schools.
* Have a positive, flexible attitude and are excited by the idea of helping to shape a new service.
Initial hours will be focused around our holiday clubs (starting August 2026), with the potential to grow into more regular work as we expand. If you want your next role to be more than “just a job” and to help reimagine what SEN tutoring and top‑up learning can look like, we’d love to hear from you.
