Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join their team, providing essential support to individuals in their homes or care settings. As a Care Worker, you will assist clients with daily tasks, promote independence, and ensure their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting. * Support clients with mobility and physical activities. * Assist with the preparation of meals and feeding when necessary. * Help with medication administration and reminders, as per care plans. * Offer emotional support and companionship to clients. * Carry out light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. * Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition. * Work in line with safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
