Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, delivering pre-prepared lessons for KS3 and KS4 classes and ensuring students stay on task. No planning or marking required - just bring your confidence and enthusiasm to support students in a positive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
* Sports graduates or coaches with a confident personality
* Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring, youth work etc)
* Aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience
* Reliable, flexible, and professional individuals with strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to encourage and motivate young students
