Thrive Trowbridge is delighted to be working with our client near Bath who urgently require a Senior Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
In this pivotal role, your duties will include the following :
Key Responsibilities :
* Processing payroll in a timely manner for each pay period
* Inputting, maintaining and updating employee records
* Preparing payroll data for an outsourced provider
* Dealing with payroll queries from employees when required
* Payroll reporting for management including calculating and collating data
What you will need to succeed:
* Proven experience in a payroll position is essential
* The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
* Excellent IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel) and SharePoint
* First rate communication skills at all levels including a confidential approach
