About The Role
Please note that this is a permanent, part-time role working on weekends only - both Saturdays and Sundays for 15 hours per week.
As a Weekend Receptionist at Coppice Lodge, you will be the friendly face of the care home, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals, and members of the local community. You will handle various enquiries and, as the first point of contact for our customers, provide advice and support both face-to-face and over the telephone.
You will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintain accurate filing, and work to deadlines. You will be responsible for completing daily and weekly tasks promptly, using your initiative, and working independently.
We’re looking for someone who has previous receptionist experience and understands the importance of making a good first impression. You should also have a background in delivering excellent customer service and possess a professional and friendly manner both over the phone and face-to-face.
