At this Ofsted rated "Good" residential children's home, nights are anything but simple. The young people here are strong, determined, and live with autism and complex processing needs. Their behaviours can include aggression such as biting, spitting, headbutting, or pulling hair. At times, they may use difficult language - from racial abuse to disturbing conversations - and they may also need urgent medical support for epilepsy, diabetes, or mental health concerns. As Night Team Leader, you'll be the calm and steady guide for your colleagues, ensuring the home stays safe and consistent through the most vulnerable hours.

*
Step into challenging behaviours with confidence and authority.
*

*
Skilled in Team Teach, de-escalation, and safe interventions.
*

* Strong communicator and supportive leader.
* To transport the young people in and out of the community this role requires adults with a Full UK Driving License.
