The Role As a SEN Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will lead pre-planned lessons, ensuring students stay engaged in a calm, structured, and supportive environment. When not covering classes, you will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving their potential.
