This role suits a Restaurant Manager who enjoys a balance of front of house leadership and the commercial side of hospitality, with a focus on budgeting, cost control, supplier management and driving overall profitability.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
Overseeing the daily operation of a 2 AA Rosette restaurant within a luxury 5-star setting
Managing budgets, forecasting and implementing cost controls to maximise profitability
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional guest service at all times
Ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality
Supporting the wider hotel management team and contributing to business strategy
The ideal Restaurant Manager will
Have proven management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
Be commercially astute with a strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and supplier management
Be an inspiring leader who balances business objectives with exceptional guest experience
