Front of House Manager Ideal Profile:
Experienced in managing high-volume food-led venues
Comfortable leading a large team across bar and restaurant operations
Strong focus on service standards, team morale, and floor presence
Able to work collaboratively with kitchen and senior leadership
A hands-on leader who leads by example during busy service
Passionate about guest experience and building regular trade
Front of House Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of front-of-house operations
Leading the floor during peak service times with confidence and energy
Training and mentoring team members to ensure high standards
Managing bookings, guest queries, and floor plans
Supporting the General Manager with operational and team duties
Maintaining excellent customer service across all touchpoints
