complex needs A
full UK driving licence Confidence in using hoists and supporting physical mobility Excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging approach Compassion, empathy, and a good sense of humour Ability to build a strong, trusting relationship with the client Key Responsibilities:
Supporting daily routines, including personal care and hygiene Attending hydrotherapy sessions and enjoying outdoor activities together Administering medication and monitoring health Providing emotional support and companionship Accurately recording care and reporting any changes Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members
