As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Making high-volume outbound calls, following up on enquiries, and identifying new business opportunities
Building strong relationships with existing customers and managing accounts effectively
Spotting opportunities to upsell additional waste and environmental services
Supporting the setup of new accounts, ensuring accurate pricing and compliance
Collaborating with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth service delivery
As an Internal Sales Development Executive, your experience will include:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively
IT proficiency across MS Office and internal systems
Confidence making high-volume outbound calls
