This 12‑month rotational training program develops people with different life and work experiences for an accelerated career path into Talent Acquisition as a Talent Sourcer. Our hands‑on training will put you at the center of our Talent Acquisition team to equip you with the sourcing knowledge to confidently spot and match great talent with roles across our businesses. With supportive teams and inclusive mentors by your, develop your essential skills and build your recruitment knowledge to become the face of Gartner for new candidates.
You will learn how to :
*, assess, and identify qualified candidates for open roles across Gartner’s businesses
* Communicate Gartner’s value and craft compelling messages to prospective candidates
* Collaborate and manage relationships with recruiters to understand business needs
* Build an inclusive community of skilled talent for future roles that reflect a wide range of backgrounds and experiences
* Master talent acquisition systems, techniques, and processes
