Grade 6 starting at £34,610 to £38,784 per annum, pro rata if part time.

About the role
This exciting role supports the University of Sussex in enhancing its research culture, ensuring it a great place to do research and ultimately enabling better research to be produced.
The role supports the Senior Research Culture Consultant in the development and delivery of research culture priority areas including researcher well-being and development, open research and interdisciplinary collaboration, co-ordinating project activity through working closely with numerous colleagues across the University.
A key part of the role is the coordination and support for internally facing communications and events. You will coordinate the annual Summer of Research festival, as well as collaborating with the Internal Comms team to produce compelling content for a range of platforms.

This interesting and varied role will suit a self-starter who excels at organisation, communications, and creative problem solving to successfully complete projects. You will have the skills to manage your own workload and at times, support other colleagues. You will deliver projects in collaboration with colleagues across university teams, managing your own networks and working flexibly according to the needs of the project. You will have great attention to detail and a flair for communicating complex ideas to a range of audiences.
