Randstad Education is recruiting a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist School in Woking. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs and other additional learning requirements in a therapeutic, student-centred setting.

Responsibilities
* Support students one-to-one and in small groups across a range of subjects
* Assist the class Teacher with differentiated lesson delivery and classroom management
* Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation through consistent routines and strategies
* Help implement individual learning plans and behaviour support strategies
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and families to meet each student's unique needs
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly SEMH, Autism, or ADHD
* Calm, confident, and compassionate approach to behaviour management
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to build trust and rapport with students facing social or emotional challenges
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices and willingness to follow school policies
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
