Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Recruitment & HR Specialist with premises located in Southwater and/or Worthing. The Recruitment & HR Specialist will be responsible for advertising, sourcing, screening and communicating with all stakeholders right through to offer, onboarding and reporting. We are going through an exciting time of internal change with the opportunity to redefine the recruitment process and support the wider HR team with change projects.
Experience
* Sourcing skills - European experience an advantage
* Recruitment process driven
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in HR practices and procedures
* HR Systems & reporting
