Duties
* Lead the development of new laser cleaning products from concept to launch.
* Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications are met.
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product design and improvements.
* Manage project timelines and ensure that product development goals are achieved on schedule.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in laser or precision cleaning technology.
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
