Job Description
As Mid-Level Associate - Real Estate Transactions team:
1. Provide legal advice and support on real estate business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
3. With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and other related documents.
4. Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings.
5. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.
6. Support the firm's commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
