We are seeking a hands-on Interim Head of HR Operations to provide cover during a short-term absence. This is a caretaking role for a confident HR professional who can step in immediately and take ownership of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR operations and shared services, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
* Act as a trusted business partner with a generalist HR approach, supporting multiple areas as needed.
* Deliver change initiatives with minimal supervision, driving measurable outcomes.
* Manage BAU HR activities while leading specific improvement or transition projects.
* Ensure HR processes are efficient, effective, and compliant.
Requirements:
* Strong background in HR Operations & Shared Services with proven results.
* Generalist HR expertise, ideally from a smaller organisation where multiple hats are worn.
* Demonstrable change management capability.
* Project and delivery-oriented mindset, balancing ongoing operations with targeted initiatives.
* Immediate availability to step in and take ownership from day one.
* Payroll experience is not required.
