Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield Salary: £13.25 per hour Inplace Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading fabric wholesaler in Sutton-in-Ashfield for a Credit Control / Purchase Ledger Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in credit control, purchase ledger, invoicing and customer account management. Key Responsibilities: * Managing customer accounts and credit control procedures. * Processing sales invoices, supplier invoices and purchase ledger transactions. * Chasing outstanding payments and resolving account queries. * Processing payments, credit notes and account reconciliations. * Assessing credit risk and maintaining customer credit limits. * Processing card payments in line with GDPR and PCI compliance. * Supporting daily banking activities, cash allocation and supplier account management. * Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth financial administration. * All other duties as required Working Hours (fixed upon start): * 8:00am – 4:30pm * 8:30am – 5:00pm * 9:00am – 5:30pm You will choose your preferred shift pattern upon starting and retain those hours each week. A 45-minute unpaid break applies.
