How you’ll spend your day
As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into effective technical solutions.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements
* Working closely with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives
* Translating requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
* Collaborating with developers, testers, and product teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Supporting solution design discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimisation
* Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
* Supporting testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs
* Maintaining clear and structured documentation across projects
What you’ll bring to this role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is confident working in a technical environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a software or technology-focused environment
* Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements and user stories
* Experience working in Agile delivery environments
* The ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
You’ll also demonstrate:
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach
* Confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering value
Nice to have:
* Experience working with cloud-based or SaaS platforms
* Exposure to technical environments (e.g. APIs, data flows, system integrations)
* Experience within complex or regulated industries
