Community & Corporate Fundraising Officer
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Community & Corporate Fundraising Officer to support income generation through community fundraising, corporate partnerships, and events.
Salary: £31,987 per annum pro rata. Location: Luton, Bedfordshire. Job type: Part‑time, Permanent. Working hours: 22.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver community and corporate fundraising initiatives in line with income targets.
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with corporate supporters, community groups, and individuals.
* Research and develop new fundraising opportunities, campaigns, and partnerships.
* Assist in organising and delivering fundraising events and supporter‑led activities.
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote campaigns and increase engagement.
* Accurately record fundraising income, supporter data, and engagement activity.
* Adhere to fundraising regulations, GDPR, and organisational policies.
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in fundraising, income generation, or supporter engagement.
* Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
* Experience with event planning or campaign delivery.
* Good organisational and record‑keeping skills, including CRM or database systems.
* Understanding of ethical fundraising, confidentiality, and data protection.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
