Compensation: £34,513 – £35,135 per year
Hours: 173 Hours per month; long shift 8am‑11pm (with sleep nights). 365‑day service with rosters given in advance.
Pay rate: Salary of £34,512.60–£35,135.40 per year (equivalent to £13.85–£14.15 per hour). Opportunities to pick up extra shifts or overtime at enhanced rate.
Essential requirements: Full UK Driving Licence; over 21; right to work in the UK.
About the role: Hadlow House is a five‑bedroom children’s home offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. The role involves caring for young people, providing high‑quality residential care, and participating in recreational activities such as cinema, swimming, sports, etc.
* You will have routes for progression and the opportunity to undergo a qualification once employed.
