Job Summary
Providing a consultancy service to Project Managers and the Engineering functions regarding the preparation, monitoring and updating of project plans.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers in the construction of resourced project plans using Primavera in accordance with company standards and the project structure as identified by the Project Manager
2. Build credible relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues and project team members
3. Coordinate liaison with resource managers to ensure timely allocation and utilisation of staff resources
4. Coordinate the production of detailed budgets consistent with resourced project plans
5. Assist and advise in the reporting of progress to customers, senior management and project team members
6. Advise on techniques for analysing progress, identifying problem areas, establishing current position and forecasting trends
