About the opportunity
We are seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in all phases of the project delivery lifecycle and delivery methodologies with the skills and flexibility to be assigned to any complex project within IT.
This role will largely sit at the front end of the IT project portfolio, working with UWA stakeholders to turn ideas into investment‑ready proposals. Exceptional project planning skills will be required to define scope, complexity, risks, dependencies, resourcing, schedule and budget, and support the business owners to develop credible business cases.
About you
* Tertiary qualification in STEM or Business or demonstrated equivalent competency.
* Substantial relevant experience as a Project Manager (5-10 years’ experience delivering IT projects value > $2M+) managing the full lifecycle delivery of complex IT initiatives, from initiation through to closure.
* Substantial experience in scoping, estimating, risk assessment and concept‑stage planning.
* Highly developed experience in developing business cases or investment proposals.
