Job Summary
The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients’ pathway of care. The post holder will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative issues related to patients’ pathway of care.
* Work collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team to proactively manage the patient pathway from referral to discharge.
* Maintain high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction through accessibility, customer‑focus and knowledge.
* Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure functions of the role are performed correctly and within given timescales.
