LB432 - Compliance Officer Location: Enfield Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Compliance Officer on behalf of one of our clients. You will be responsible for implementing, reviewing and monitoring the effectiveness of all internal compliance policies in order to meet company, legal and regulatory requirements and where required ensuring that documentation to demonstrate compliance is kept up to date. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all business activities including (but not limited to) Data Protection and Anti-Bribery laws. Ensuring adherence to corporate ethics and compliance policies and procedures across all business activities. Advising and guiding all employees on all compliance-related issues. Being the subject matter expert on internal compliance policies and procedures. Monitoring and advising the business on new and updated legal and regulatory requirements relating to compliance.
