We are looking for a Head Bartender who is passionate
about drinks and hospitality. As a Head Bartender will need to be responsible,
professional, dedicated and passionate about your role. Leading by example you must
be able to maintain a high standard of service, assist the Bar Manager and support the Bar Team from
the front, fostering a healthy work environment whilst coaching and developing
the team.

Main Responsibilities
As the
Head Bartender, you will be responsible for overseeing
bar operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and
managing staff. This includes supervising and training the bar team to maintain
high standards of service and product knowledge, while also ensuring compliance
with health and safety regulations and company policies. You will assist in
implementing marketing and promotional activities, and coordinate with the
kitchen and floor staff for efficient service flow.
Additionally, you will manage the weekly rota based on
internal forecasts and budgets, monitor the cleanliness and organization of the
bar and restaurant, and report bar performance and issues to your line manager.
You will also complete required checklists, manage inventory, place orders
within budget.
Other key responsibilities include conducting internal
audits, creating training materials to improve team efficiency, and maintaining
organized records. You'll also perform any administrative tasks as required by
upper management.
