Silverlight Research Network is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations by engaging with potential and existing clients. This role focuses on handling conversations professionally, providing accurate information, and supporting the sales team through effective communication.
1. Communicate with customers via phone and/or online channels
2. Respond to inquiries and provide clear information about our services
3. Follow up with potential clients and maintain positive customer relationships
4. Record basic customer details and interaction outcomes
5. Support the sales team by identifying interested prospects
6. Good spoken English and clear communication skills
7. Previous customer service, call center, or sales-related experience (preferred)
8. Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
9. Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
10. Ability to work independently and meet communication targets
11. Monthly pay (Negotiable)
